During the communication element of the course staff will break down the whole communication process and explore how we communicate, why we communicate and barriers to communication. This is then discussed in the context of the individuals we support every day.

The purpose of Person Centred Active Support training is to provide an introduction to the framework itself as well as how to increase client engagement/occupation and the benefits of such an approach.
