The house location is close to Horley town centre and the local train station allowing for a close-knit community feel and a short walk for the tenants to access a variety of shops and facilities.
The tenants enjoy a range of activities from community based ones such as trampolining, bowling, attending the cinema and shopping to larger events such as holidays, theme park visits, city visits and more.
The house has a large secure garden which becomes a highlight for the tenants during warmer weather and two kitchens which allows for tenants to get involved in daily preparation of meals.
