Briar House trip to the Forest of Dean, Hampshire
2nd January 2019
Our accommodation was set in the Forest of Dean, we selected this accommodation as it meets the needs of our clients who are very active and love to walk long distances.
The hot tub was a lovely addition that we felt was great for our clients as it was a place to go to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings.
Whilst away, one of the clients was able to achieve a goal of his: using the hot tub, which is something we have been trying to get him to do for a year now, this was an excellent achievement and he really enjoyed using it.
The clients can occasionally find it difficult to adjust to new environments, however on this occasion they seemed to be contented.
We also went for day trip to the lovely historic town of Winchester. After a walk around the town enjoying the sites, we ended up in a great old-fashioned pub for a tasty lunch. We then enjoyed a brilliant tour of the Museum of the Round Table before making our way home.
